Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting.
• Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance.
• Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement.
• Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions.
• Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission.
