About The Position

The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Food and Beverage Associate play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly, efficient service and supporting team operations.

Requirements

  • Guest Service – Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards.
  • Time Management – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Problem-Solving – Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally.
  • Adaptability – Ability to adjust to changing guest needs and operational demands.
  • Reliability & Dependability – Consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards.
  • At least 15 years of age or older.
  • Work in varied weather conditions.
  • Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Black slip- resistant shoes required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests following established recipes, portion guidelines, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, including counters, equipment, and utensils.
  • Restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift to maintain efficient operations.
  • Accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of food and beverage stations.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
