About The Position
The Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor manages multiple operations ensuring that they provide exceptional revenue, P&L performance, supervisor development, training, staffing, and team member motivation.
Requirements
- Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food operations
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- SERV Safe Management & Tips certified or obtain certification, within 30 days of job offer
- Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to quickly learn inventory management/ POS programs.
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or Business Management degree preferred
