About The Position

This position supports daily production operations by stacking finished products onto pallets, inspecting products for visible damage or defects, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. The role requires following production instructions and workplace safety procedures, meeting daily production and quality expectations, and working effectively with team members and supervisors. Other general production duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain active throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely stack and move products throughout the shift.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, on day and night shifts as required.
• Ability to work occasional overtime.
