About The Position

Great Northern is seeking a Folder Gluer Operator to lead the 1st Assistant Operator and 2nd Assistant Operator in setting up and operating machines that collate, fold, and glue cartons to customer specifications and Great Northern - Oshkosh quality and efficiency standards. The role requires completion of 2nd Assistant and 1st Assistant training.

The schedule is 36 hours of work compensated as 40 hours, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Crew schedules alternate weekly between Monday–Wednesday and Thursday–Saturday assignments; day and night schedules do not switch. Overtime flexibility is required and may include scheduled Sundays. Pay is $28.00 per hour.
