About The Position

The Folder Gluer Operator leads the 1st Assistant Operator and 2nd Assistant Operator in setting up and operating machines that collate, fold, and glue cartons to customer specifications and Great Northern - Oshkosh quality and efficiency standards. The role requires completion of 2nd Assistant and 1st Assistant training. The position pays $28.00 per hour. The schedule is 36 hours of work compensated as 40 hours, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Crew schedules alternate weekly between Monday through Wednesday and Thursday through Saturday. Day and night schedules do not switch. The schedule requires overtime flexibility, which could include scheduled Sundays.
