Requirements

• Ability to read a ruler (standard and metric) and understand PDF drawings
• Basic math skills — you'll use them daily
• Fine motor skills and steady hands for precise machine adjustments
• Strong attendance track record — reliability is non-negotiable here
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions without needing constant direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-noise manufacturing environment
• Team player with solid communication skills and a self-starter mindset
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ISO 9000 quality standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines (including the DGM and Diana) according to job specs — clean setups, minimal waste
• Read and follow production tickets accurately from start to finish
• Fold and glue product to exact customer specifications every run
• Pack product by count, check for quality defects, and stage for shipping
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running and downtime low
• Complete job tickets and recap forms accurately — your paperwork matters as much as your output
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and tour-ready every day
• Hit and maintain established machine rates for pieces produced per hour
• Work in a team environment where everyone pulls their weight
