About The Position

Folder Gluer Associates support warehouse and production operations at a packaging facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves light-duty warehouse work, assisting with folder gluer machine operation, and helping produce quality packaging materials. Training is provided, and previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required. Available shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM at $18.00 per hour or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM at $18.50 per hour. Overtime, when applicable, is paid at $27.00 per hour for first shift and $27.75 per hour for second shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating folder gluer machines and other production equipment.
• Support the folding, gluing, and production of packaging materials.
• Monitor products as they move through the production process.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Sort, package, and organize finished materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and production instructions.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other light-duty warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
