About The Position

Kitchen 324 is an OKC brunch favorite, serving from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm daily. We are known for our warm hospitality and signature table pancake. We are looking for energetic, guest-focused servers and hosts who love mornings, great food, and creating memorable dining experiences. The Host position involves welcoming and greeting guests, managing efficient seating, and ensuring smooth restaurant service while upholding the Good Egg Dining Group's mission. The Server position is central to the guest experience, requiring energy, hospitality, and knowledge to make each visit memorable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

No previous restaurant experience required (for Host).
Must have weekend availability.
Must be 21+.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours for Host, up to 8 hours for Server).
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Must have exceptional grooming habits.
Basic knowledge of service procedures, beer/wine/spirits preferred (for Server).
Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs (for Server).
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills (for Server).

Responsibilities

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival.
Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests.
Keep the flow of restaurant service smooth.
Answer phone professionally and according to restaurant standard.
Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively.
Take reservations and enter on Resy according to restaurant standards.
Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible.
Record guest names and number of people in party on Resy wait list when immediate seating is limited.
Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
Re-work existing reservations and waiter sections to accommodate walk-ins and unexpected last minute reservations.
Inform Management and staff of changes.
Relay messages to servers, bus and manager as needed, especially guest notes from Resy.
Help with bussing and drink service if time warrants.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Greet and engage with guests in a warm, friendly manner.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and explain specials/menu items.
Take and input food & drink orders accurately into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs.
Assist teammates and maintain a clean, organized section.
Present checks and process payments efficiently.
