If you’re eager to grow into a leadership role, we’d love to talk. As a FOH supervisor, you will oversee the front of house staff at Gentle Ben’s. The duties for this position include running the restaurant and addressing problems and fixes as they arise. You will coach and mentor staff that is not meeting standards and advise the GM of staff that aren’t taking to coaching. You will also address customer complaints or inquiries in a quick, kind manner.
