About The Position

The Key Hourly position will help the Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts, and ensuring each of our guests has an unparalleled experience. You will gain invaluable knowledge in how to run floor shifts, run great events and give our guests amazing service! This position is the stepping stone into a Restaurant Manager position.

Requirements

Love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene.
Able to communicate to the Employees and Guests in a way that inspires FUN!
Like immediate gratification!
Have never met a Goal you can't beat!
Can handle 100K days and while walking five miles a shift!
Can live, love and embrace the Dave & Buster's culture!
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Help the Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts.
Ensuring each of our guests has an unparalleled experience.
Gain invaluable knowledge in how to run floor shifts, run great events and give our guests amazing service.
Hiring, training, developing and retaining the "best of the best."
Celebrate your team's successes, train them on service standards, and develop their strengths.
Drive results through your team.
Lead from the front and set the FUN (PACE & TONE) for the shift.
Make executive decisions - if you see a Guest in need, you have the power to identify a fix and MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Strive for 100% "table touches".
Come up with creative ways to drive sales each day.
Host mini parties shiftly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually to communicate and motivate your team.
Help create the ultimate Guest experience.
Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the management team to drive financial results.
Track your success.
Create a well maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all D&B guests and staff.
Meet needs, share ideas, and help team members.
Other duties as assigned.
