About The Position

The Key Hourly position will help the Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts, and ensuring each of our guests has an unparalleled experience. You will gain invaluable knowledge in how to run floor shifts, run great events and give our guests amazing service! This position is the stepping stone into a Restaurant Manager position.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Help Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts.
  • Ensure each guest has an unparalleled experience.
  • Gain knowledge in running floor shifts, running great events, and giving guests amazing service.
  • Hiring, training, developing, and retaining employees.
  • Celebrate team successes, train them on service standards, and develop their strengths.
  • Drive results through the team.
  • Lead from the front and set the fun pace and tone for the shift.
  • Make executive decisions to fix guest issues.
  • Strive for 100% table touches.
  • Come up with creative ways to drive sales each day.
  • Host mini parties to communicate and motivate the team.
  • Create the ultimate guest experience.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the rest of the management team to drive financial results.
  • Track success of department initiatives.
  • Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all D&B guests and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
