Pagoda Asian Grill – Front of House (FOH) Crew Member About Us Inspired by P.F. Chang's, Pagoda Asian Grill is where fresh ingredients meet bold flavors in a fast-casual setting. We specialize in build-your-own bowls and wraps, offering a variety of proteins, vegetables, and signature sauces like Thai peanut and Korean barbecue. From teriyaki chicken to Taiwanese steak, we deliver fast, high-quality meals without compromising flavor. Our team is focused on speed, consistency, and creating a great guest experience every time. Located inside Dallas Love Field Airport Shifts Available: Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Position Overview As a Front of House (FOH) Crew Member, you will be the face of Pagoda Asian Grill—providing excellent customer service while serving guests through our build-your-own bowl steam line. You’ll help create a fast, friendly, and efficient dining experience.

Requirements

Strong customer service background required
Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check (airport requirement)
Must have a valid Texas Food Handler Certificate
Must obtain or possess a valid TABC Certification (Alcohol Service)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with guests and co-workers
Proactive and self-motivated in completing tasks
Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
Ensure that all quality and Health/Safety requirements are met in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards.
Comply: Always complies with all airport and/or train station rules and regulations.
Dependability: Is punctual. Can be relied upon to be at work according to schedule. Complies with policies regarding clocking in/out and use of breaks.
Uniform/Personal Appearance: Always dressed in complete uniform and presents a well-groomed appearance.
Commitment: Shows initiative and follows through with tasks. Ensures overall duties are performed efficiently and on time.
Customer Service/Salesmanship: Consistently effective and pays attention to customer’s needs. Requires the ability to speak in English clearly, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
Store Operations: Is dependable and conscientious about performing tasks. Informs Management of issues that arise during a shift.
Communication: Communicates effectively and listens well.
Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills: Is cooperative and helpful. Offers help and assistance and can be counted on. Interacts well with others.
Conduct: Is friendly and even-tempered. Performs consistently and effectively under pressure.
Product Handling/Stocking: Handles all products and supplies in a safe and sanitary manner. Distributes the products and supplies efficiently according to store’s requisition/stock list.
Company Policies and Procedures: Regularly adheres to policies and standard operating procedures.
Must be able to bend, twist and stand for extended periods to perform job functions.
Must have the ability to lift and push objects weighing over 40 lbs.
Follows safety rules provided in the TGI Safety Manual along with other TGI policies and procedures.
Reports any safety hazards to management immediately.
Must provide two forms of original, undamaged IDs (required for airport clearance)
