Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of machine shop management experience
- Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and HSE standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with inventory optimization and reporting
- Proven experience as a machinist
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, CNC Mastercam, ERP, and SAP
Responsibilities
