About The Position

The Foam Machine Operator will be responsible for operating specific foam machines (HK-270 and HK-650) and Gussmer guns. This role involves maintaining daily reports for ISO 9000, monitoring oven temperatures, ensuring good housekeeping, and adhering to safety requirements. The operator will also practice and support company values and may be exposed to various environmental factors. Other duties as assigned will also be part of the role.

Requirements

• Ability to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines.
• Familiarity with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns.
• Ability to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals.
• Ability to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns.
• Adherence to departmental safety requirements.
• Practice and support company values.
