Requirements

5+ years of experience in systems engineering
Experience in integration of C4I systems into an underlying SoS architecture
Experience with engineering oversight, such as a Platform Technical Review Board
Knowledge of requirements definition, analysis of alternatives, and integration
Knowledge of testing, training, production, installation, contracting, and assisting with budget planning
Ability to support the Chief Engineer by providing technical guidance in addition to preparing briefing materials and correspondence
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice To Haves

Experience with a large and complex project pre-Milestone B
Experience working with international partners and foreign military sales
Knowledge of foreign navies
Ability to communicate with a vast set of stakeholders shifting between technical and acquisition contexts while blending the two
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering
