About The Position

Precise Systems is seeking a FMS SI&T Engineering Management Senior Analyst for their Washington DC Office. This role will be 100% allocated to supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Korea Programs, reporting directly to the Korea SI&T Gov lead. The analyst will collaborate with a colleague to support the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) lead, with work distribution coordinated based on team strengths. The position involves travel, including approximately three to four trips per year to Moorestown, NJ for meetings with the prime industry partner, Lockheed Martin, and 2-3 trips annually for Test Working Groups globally (Hawaii, San Diego, South Korea). The job requires both CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
10 years of USN experience in Acquisition or engineering management
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport
Must hold and maintain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Assist Government lead in the management of the work related to the SI&T of the Korean platforms, in communication with Lockheed Martin, Korean Navy, and other relevant stakeholders.
Support the Systems Engineering process by attending and aiding in technical discussions about integration and test of our systems.
Support to the Korean Case Manager for implementing case strategy throughout the Korean programs with attention to funding, execution and acquisition.
Review technical deliverables and documentation.
Coordinate action items and responses for Requests for Information.
Coordinate risk management.
Perform schedules analysis.
Development and maintain Plans and Procedures.
