We are currently seeking an FMS Program Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA and at the Washington Navy Yard. This position is predominantly remote but must reside within the DMV as occasional onsite meets may be required. The FMS Program Analyst will support the Office of NAVSEA’s PEO IWS with the day-to-day management of Security Assistance Programs and assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.

Requirements

  • At least 4-7 years of experience supporting U.S. Navy FMS program offices
  • Geographic proximity to attend meetings in-person at the Washington Navy Yard, as required by Government.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited in the United States
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance
  • Demonstrated FMS experience using DSMAS, MISIL, SCIP and DIFS is required
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating PMRs
  • Proactive, self-starter who can think on their feet
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients

Responsibilities

  • Draft letters, correspondence, documentation for multiple customer/country FMS cases at the Case Manager's direction.
  • Conduct research and analysis for the development of Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
  • Provide supporting documentation and prepare documentation for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.
  • Provide data and prepare briefs and reports including case, RSN, PDLI summaries, Program Management Review (PMR) documentation and presentation materials/briefs, meeting attendee lists and meeting minutes, action items and country correspondence
  • Communicate with various Points of Contact (POCs) from the US and Foreign organizations
  • Respond timely to data calls from FMS Authorities
  • Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients.
