Serves as a Foreign Military Sales support Individual for the KSA PATRIOT Program.

Requirements

  • Work on site.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Individual must have or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • In lieu of a degree and additional 8 years of experience may be substituted

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in management in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts.
  • Reviewing Requests for Information and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to, PATRIOT Missile System.
  • Coordinating with the Program Management Offices, Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to a foreign entity or COCOM request.
  • Responding to Integrated Logistics Support requirements for host country to include but not limited to, Ground Support Equipment and support vehicle requirements, and transportation plans.
  • Provide support requested foreign visits to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to PATRIOT.
  • Respond to taskers related to Foreign Military Sales funding.
  • Ensure obligation plans are documented properly.
  • Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with LOA.
  • Draft memorandums of request for action items.
  • Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports.
  • Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings.
  • Develops FMS cases in Department of Defense Security Assistance Management System.
  • Conducts all aspects of the FMS Repair and Return program.
