About The Position

We’re looking for a cyber mission specialist like you to apply your experience with the risk management framework and security operations center best practices and impact our nation’s allies and partners. In this role, you’ll be counted on to help understand cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cyber security solutions. You will work with your team to leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership aligned to our nation's allies and partner capabilities. This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis abilities to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership and commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for system design and SOC policies. Requirements

3+ years of experience with cybersecurity engineering
Experience working with Risk Management Framework, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and development of associated cybersecurity artifacts
Knowledge of how a security operations center functions and associated policies
Ability to think creatively when specific policies can be tailored
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Information Assurance Management (IAM), Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) Level I Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience as a SOC operator or technician
Knowledge of RMF policy and process
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
