About The Position

Weld either new or used (repair/modify) panel frames, panel stands, gates and related steel products. Typical weld types are TAC welds used for holding material in place. Receive works orders from Team leader. Determine and Cut materials and sizes needed for work order. Checks weld quality (Strength and cosmetic). Use precision measuring tools to inspect grooves and angles. Basic maintenance on the Weld and Saw Machines. Keep the shop clean and organized. Participates in-taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines. Manage multiple priorities. Require building custom orders. Performing all duties safely and as directed. Other duties as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must be able to work outdoors.
Basic knowledge of machinery/safety requirements.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

College education is preferred.
