About The Position

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a community-based outpatient practice serving diverse and underserved populations in Marysville, CA. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity in a community health clinic setting. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, order and interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, provide preventive care and health maintenance, coordinate specialty referrals, and deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care. The role involves maintaining timely clinical documentation and billing within a collaborative multidisciplinary care environment. The schedule is three days per week with 8-hour daytime clinic shifts, and the patient volume is approximately 3 patients per hour. The practice has an established multidisciplinary healthcare team, serves a diverse patient population, and operates with a community-focused mission and a collaborative care model, supported by strong staff and clinical resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active California medical license
  • DEA certification required
  • BLS certification required
