Requirements

Attention to detail is critical, as you will be creating programs designed to meticulously inspect products to identify defects.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Flying Probe Machines (e.g., SPEA, Takaya, Keysight).
Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
Familiarity with CAD data, schematics, and test program generation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic circuits and components.
Understanding of ESD precautions and electronics manufacturing standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Testing) and functional test systems.
Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume production environments.
Familiarity with MES/ERP systems for test data logging.

Responsibilities

Create and refine test programs that verify PCBAs through in-circuit and functional testing, helping ensure product quality before shipment.
Program flying probe machines to perform in-circuit and functional testing of PCBAs.
Develop, load, and optimize programs for new builds.
Support root-cause investigations for failures.
Keep accurate documentation of procedures, results, and corrective actions to meet IPC, ISO, and customer requirements.
Analyze test outcomes to pinpoint defects, and share clear feedback with production and engineering.
Interpret test results, identify defects, and provide feedback to production and engineering teams.
Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Collaborate with design and process engineers to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Document test procedures, results, and corrective actions in compliance with quality standards.
Train junior technicians and operators on flying probe machine usage and safety protocols.
