This is a full-time job working 40 hours per week. No per diem and no relocation assistance. The Maintenance Fluid Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the pneumatic and hydraulic systems run efficiently and safely by changing fluids, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and cleaning systems.

Requirements

  • Must have valid Driver's License
  • Must have Microsoft Office software knowledge and experience
  • Must have forklift experience or ability to learn and be trained on forklift.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • For safety reasons, it is imperative that the employee be able to read and speak fluent English.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check, as condition of employment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Capable of properly lifting to 35lbs
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Basic automotive experience desirable
  • Must be able to multitask and communicate well with others

Responsibilities

  • Removing/replacing all fluids, lubricants, and components as required in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform production machine cleans.
  • Create and edit TPM documents on computer.
  • Complete all routine work orders and preventative maintenance
  • Complete appropriate paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
