About The Position
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Warwick. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role, with the potential to move into a permanent position after a successful agency probation period. The role would suit a reliable and experienced FLT Driver who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and is also comfortable using basic computer systems such as Outlook and Excel.
Requirements
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
- Basic computer skills, ideally including Outlook and Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and positive attitude
- Ability to work the afternoon shift pattern
- Comfortable working as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading and moving goods around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse and stock movement duties
- Using basic systems including Outlook and Excel
- Completing simple admin or stock-related tasks where required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets
- Keeping the working area clean, safe and organised
