About The Position
Recruitable Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warwick for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to move into a permanent position after a successful probation period. You will be responsible for supporting the warehouse and operational team with FLT duties, while also assisting with basic computer-based tasks where required.
Requirements
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Basic computer skills, ideally including Outlook and Excel
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work the afternoon shift pattern
Responsibilities
- Operating an FLT Counterbalance truck safely and efficiently
- Moving, loading and unloading goods
- Supporting warehouse and stock movement duties
- Using systems such as Outlook and Excel
- Completing basic admin or stock-related tasks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a busy team to meet daily targets
