About The Position

ASML US, LP develops and services lithography machines used by leading semiconductor manufacturers. The FLS Production Engineer works in the Production Engineering department at the Wilton Factory, providing rapid engineering support to production and addressing disturbance notices. The role collaborates across sectors to resolve issues and complete engineering steps listed in the production operator dashboard to support production output. The position spends approximately 75% of its time in the cleanroom, directly supporting production processes and troubleshooting optical alignment, metrology, module testing, final qualification, tooling, and optical metrology equipment. The engineer also works with optical design recomputation and aberration correction, interferometer image processing, database queries, MATLAB scripts, and data analysis. Additional work includes developing troubleshooting and diagnostics resources, evaluating failed parts, supporting manufacturing procedures and reviews, conducting root-cause and quality-related work, and contributing to cycle-time and labor-hour roadmaps. The role follows a Compressed Work Week Nights 2 schedule: 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday. Occasional weekend coverage may be required. Work takes place in a cleanroom under ISO 9000/14000 standards, with full gowning required. The workplace may involve exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents, lasers, chemicals, overhead cranes, forklifts, and motorized pallet movers; work may also involve ladders and platforms. Travel may be required depending on company needs. Candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology before beginning work. ASML offers employees and their families medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance; participation in a 401(k) plan; eight hours of vacation leave per month; and 13 paid holidays annually. The stated base annual salary range is $0–$0; individual pay is determined based on factors including job-related skills, education, experience, certifications, abilities, and pay relative to other team members.
