This is a customer-facing role where adults are hired to help customers arrange their flowers, restock the bouquet bar, and sell flower jars, buckets, and twist ties. The role may require assisting with flower cutting to keep the flower bar stocked. Setting up and closing the Pergola area is also part of this retail position. The role requires availability on the weekends and during operating hours throughout the flower season. This position is scheduled up to a week in advance. Additional work opportunities will be available in September and October, but will not be in the flower field. If you can work on our farm, you can work anywhere! At times, your day may be very flexible and varied with indoor and outdoor tasks, physically demanding and less demanding, customer service roles and behind the scenes work.
