About The Position

Performs all aspects of testing from specimen processing to data acquisition and data analysis. Operates, maintains and calibrates instrumentation utilized in the testing process. Evaluates data for quality and troubleshoots complex processes affecting data acquisition. Must meet CLIA high complexity testing personnel standards as stated in CLIA 42 CFR Part 493.

Requirements

• Must meet CLIA high complexity testing personnel standards as stated in CLIA 42 CFR Part 493.
• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology Required
• 2 years experience in a highly complex laboratory (as defined by CLIA) performing flow cytometry testing or 5 Years experience in high complexity clinical laboratory (as defined by CLIA) in other specialty Required

Nice To Haves

• General Experience in daily setup, calibration, operation of digital flow cytometers Preferred
• General Experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements and operation of the flow cytometry lab Preferred
