Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Available to work overtime and weekends
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setting up, monitoring and adjusting of milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals.
• Maintenance of milling equipment.
• Transferring of finished flour to storage.
• Housekeeping in the flour mill and cleaning house.
• Ensuring food safety.
