Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of professional floral design experience
Responsibilities
- Design and create fresh floral, silk, and plant arrangements for funeral and memorial services.
- Thoughtfully interpret reference photos and personal family requests to create meaningful floral tributes that honor each life.
- Maintain order accuracy.
- Meet with families to discuss floral needs, offering compassionate guidance and support.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple services, meet deadlines, and accommodate last-minute changes.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting and assisting families and visitors.
- Maintain and refresh floral arrangements and plants throughout the funeral home.
- Process flowers and plants on load days, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Clean and organize floral work areas, shelves, displays, and coolers.
- Deliver and receive flowers as needed.
- Assist with floral workshops, community events, and pop-up booths as scheduled, presenting the Company with professionalism and care.
