About The Position
This is a PRN (as needed) position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at West Boca Medical Center. The contract is for 13 weeks, with PM shifts available. This is a local contract position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 2 years of current experience in NICU.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
- AHA BLS.
- AHA ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP (if applicable by corporate policy for unit of hire).
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the NICU.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families.
