We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. We provide tools, leads, and mentorship to help agents achieve a six-figure income. This role involves working with company-generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on home and investment property transactions, serving a diverse client base from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, with average annual earnings ranging from $100,000 to $400,000+.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team.
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
Conduct buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses.
Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings.
Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN.
