About The Position

Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) is looking for an experienced Floral Sales Representative to grow customer relationships throughout the Novi/Detroit market. If you know the floral industry and want more inventory to sell, stronger operational support, and the ability to focus on selling to customers—not picking, packing, moving, or loading product—this is a strong opportunity to join one of the nation’s leading floral distribution companies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Ability to work independently and use Microsoft Office, CRM, and other business systems.

Nice To Haves

• Floral, horticulture, wholesale, retail, or related industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh flowers, plants, floral supplies, or the floral industry strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow accounts, develop new business, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage relationships with florists, event companies, and other floral industry customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend fresh flowers, plants, supplies, and related products.
• Develop new business while expanding an assigned customer base.
• Provide responsive service, product knowledge, and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with internal teams to support reliable fulfillment and a strong customer experience.
