Responsibilities

Lead and supervise floral department staff, including scheduling and training
Design and create floral arrangements for customers and displays
Manage department inventory, ordering, and monthly stock counts
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
Monitor financial performance and meet budget goals
Operate equipment (cash register, helium tank) and manage daily operations
