  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic retail environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to maintain focus and professionalism during peak business hours

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company policies and service standards
  • Design, arrange, and maintain high-quality floral displays and custom arrangements
  • Train, schedule, and supervise floral clerks to ensure optimal department coverage
  • Manage the floral department budget, sales goals, and financial performance
  • Oversee daily and monthly inventory counts and place supply orders as needed
  • Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Prepare, submit, and track department orders using company systems
  • Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product labeling within the floral department
  • Operate department equipment including cash registers and helium tanks
