As a Department Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales of the department, while leading and engaging your team. Requirements

18 years of age or older
Prior experience leading others
Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience
Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
Act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
Willingness to obtain certifications as required

Nice To Haves

For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker
For Meat: Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, as well as previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools)
