Requirements
- A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience and/or education as a Floral Designer is required.
- Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, design and display floral arrangements, products and giftware according to customer demand and company standards.
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Foster strong customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer relations through selling, educating and consulting.
- Uphold our high quality standards of product ensuring proper care, rotation, processing and maintenance of all floral items.
- Assist the department manager with the day to day operations of the department by placing orders for product and supplies, receiving, taking orders, training and supervising part time employees.
- Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.
- Record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures.
- Perform other duties, as assigned
