About The Position

re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company which services projects throughout the East Coast into Florida. re:fab offers a fast paced, professional, and respectful working environment. We are onboarding experienced, fully insured flooring subcontractors with multiple flooring-type install and finishing experience: laminate, vinyl planking, tile, hardwood for an upcoming commercial project in Shelburne VT-accepting bids now.

Requirements

• Experienced flooring subcontractors.
• Multiple flooring-type installation and finishing experience (laminate, vinyl planking, tile, hardwood).
• Fully insured with Workman’s Comp & General Liability insurance on self and crew.
• Fully insured work vehicles.
• Hold an OSHA 10 card.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, etc.).
• Knowledge of commercial/residential construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials specifications, quality control, and safety.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites.
