Requirements

• Experienced, fully insured flooring subcontractors.
• Multiple flooring-type install and finishing experience (laminate, vinyl planking, tile, hardwood).
• Friendly and professional customer service skills.
• Effective communication.
• Knowledge of commercial/residential construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials specifications, quality control, and safety.
• Ability to read and understand related construction documents (i.e., blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, etc.).
• Must maintain valid Workman’s Comp & General Liability insurance on self and crew and fully insured work vehicles.
• Must hold an OSHA 10 card.
• Applicant MUST have own tools.
• Applicant MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and finish multiple flooring types including laminate, vinyl planking, tile, and hardwood.
• Travel to and from job sites.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
