About The Position
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all floors in the public areas of the building, including marble, carpet, and tile, are kept clean and presentable. This role operates overnight, from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, within luxury senior living communities in Kendall, Coral Gables, and Homestead, specifically at the Palace Nursing Home & Rehab Center in Miami, FL.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Must be able to operate buffing and waxing machines.
- Responsible, punctual, quick on the feet, and resourceful.
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
Nice To Haves
- A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Buff and burnish public area floorings according to schedule and Palace cleaning procedures.
- Clean and shampoo carpets.
- Remove trash.
