About The Position

Luxury Senior Living Communities in Kendall, Coral Gables & Homestead is looking for a Floor Care Tech for its Palace Nursing Home & Rehab Center. The #1 priority of this position is to ensure that all floors in the public areas of the building (marble, carpet, tile) are kept clean and presentable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Must be able to operate buffing and waxing machine.
• Responsible, punctual, quick on the feet and resourceful.
• Flexible as to work schedule.
• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.

Nice To Haves

• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• According to schedule & Palace cleaning procedures ensure that: Public areas floorings are buffed & burnished
• Carpets are cleaned & shampooed
• Remove trash
