About The Position
Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking dependable and experienced Floor Technicians to join our evening team in the Lafayette area. This role involves performing various floor care tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of facilities.
Requirements
- Previous floor-care experience preferred
- Knowledge of stripping, waxing, and buffing is highly preferred
- Ability to lift and move floor-care equipment
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Strip, wax, and buff floors
- Operate floor-care equipment safely
- Perform routine floor maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized equipment
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper wet-floor signage
- Complete assigned work accurately and on time
