About The Position

We are looking for Production Associates & Cashiers. This role involves greeting and assisting guests, changing and maintaining displays, keeping the store neat and clean, and replenishing stock. Donation Door Attendants will greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment, unload vehicles, sort donations, and maintain donation areas. Production Associates will meet daily production goals, process donations, sort and prepare merchandise for sale, and replenish stock. They may also assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned.

Requirements

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

• Assists in unloading vehicles of donations and treat donations with respect
• Sorts all donations into proper containers by categories
• Cleans and maintains the donation areas
• Meets daily production goals
• Processes donations, sorts and prepares merchandise for sale
• Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned
