About The Position

Marsden South, a Marsden Holding Company, is a facility services provider with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence. We clean, service, and maintain large and small businesses across the United States. This is a full-time position for a Floor Technician, working Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The role involves performing general floor care, including buffing, stripping, and waxing floors, as well as carpet care. The technician will work individually and may need to drive to multiple accounts in the Pompano area, starting from a pick-up and drop-off location in Fort Lauderdale.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years’ experience as a floor tech
• Able to lift 30lbs or more
• Experienced buffing, stripping, and waxing floors
• Experienced in carpet care
• Valid Driver's license
• Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds
