About The Position

Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is seeking a Floor Technician to join their team at Focused Care at Humble. The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness, including buffing and waxing floors, and managing trash throughout the facility. This role works closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Director. FPACP emphasizes a culture of recognition through its ROCKin recognition program, ROCKStar (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness), which offers a gamified experience for team members to level up and potentially attend an annual gala.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in industrial floor care

Responsibilities

• Implement facility cleanliness.
• Buffing and waxing floors.
• Manage trash around the facility.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Notify the supervisor when equipment is in need of repair.
• Notify the supervisor when an area of the facility is in need of repair.
