About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Floor Technician Finisher to join their Environmental Services team at Baptist Beaches. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The position utilizes state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines to break down germs before manual cleaning. The shift is full-time, nights, Sunday-Thursday, 11p-7:30a, with rotating holidays required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 Years Housekeeping Experience Preferred
• 1-2 years Floor Finishing Experience Preferred
• 1-2 years Hospital Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs major floor cleaning and refreshing throughout the medical center.
• Performs all Environmental Services-related tasks.
• Performs heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.
• Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommends repairs as needed.
• Performs all other tasks which may be assigned.
