About The Position
The EVS Floor Technician is responsible for performing the cleaning, buffing, and maintaining of the hospital, clinic, Home Health, and EMS floors. This individual will ensure that the Martin County facilities are clean and safe for our patients, employees, guests, and visitors. The EVS Floor Technician is required to meet all the standards sent forth by MCHD and CMS. The EVS Floor Technician will maintain a high level of customer service by practicing AIDET.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED. In lieu of a degree, additional work experience and/or trade school is acceptable.
- One (1) year experience in previous floor care for hard flooring and carpet preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performing the cleaning, buffing, and maintaining of the hospital, clinic, Home Health, and EMS floors.
- Ensuring that the Martin County facilities are clean and safe for our patients, employees, guests, and visitors.
- Meeting all the standards sent forth by MCHD and CMS.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service by practicing AIDET.
