We are seeking a dependable and detailed oriented Floor Technician to join our team. The floor technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of hard floors and carpets by performing routine and restorative floor care services.

Requirements

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment.
• Strip, wax, seal, buff, and burnish hard surface floors.
• Scrubbing hallways, dining rooms, resident rooms with floor machine
• Pulling soiled trash from soiled closets
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed
