About The Position

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Coal Township, PA. This is a full-time and part-time position. The facility is Mountain View Rehabilitation & Senior Living Center. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffer

Nice To Haves

• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
